KMM Group, a family company at heart, is a prominent, market leader in the industry which
has grown rapidly and now consists of four entities; KMM Homes, KMM Living, KMM Civils
and KMM Build, taking projects from land acquisition through to welcoming customers into
their new home. Over our journey so far we have designed bespoke developments through a
wealth of expertise across the group and fantastic partnerships with our internal and
external team, which has not only enhanced our turnover three fold in the last two years,
but has solidified who KMM are in the market. We deliver quality luxury to our customers
through our tailored craftsmanship of residential and commercial properties, and believe the
cornerstone of our success is down to our unwavering dedication to high quality, respect for

Our journey
From humble beginnings
Our road to success began as humble beginnings. Starting as civils contractors in the industry
allowed us to learn from the bottom up, the early mornings, the late nights and the working
in all weathers allowed us to fully experience the hard work that underpins the industry. The
graft which now we see each of our subcontractors, suppliers and partners deliver each and
every day. This is where KMM is truly different, not only do we have the technical expertise
having worked as a civils contractor but we focus on making the developments work through
respect for each and every trade, for the investors that believe in us and for the customers
