That means fewer delays, cleaner handovers, and one team accountable for the whole project.
Kevin Murphy founded KMM Group in 2017 with a clear belief: that doing things properly, from the ground up, is the only way to do them. That belief started on site as civils contractors, early mornings, all weathers, learning every trade from the inside. It's what drives the business today across every division.
